This is a class who gets its inspiration from Power Vinyasa and
Ashtanga. Each class is designed individually, using different
poses to focus on different parts of the body.
We will be preparing throughout the class as we create sequences
from simple to complex. Through repetitions, the student will
learn what to do and eventually be “set free” where we
encourage exploration of the postures to make them your own.
Over time you will learn to know what your needs, we believe
each body is unique and you are your own best teacher.
This is a fun and sweaty class where there is no rights or
wrongs. You will leave the class feeling stronger, more
confident and in a good mood.
